At Paper House Print Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard art prints and frames. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to make it right with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the prints in their original protective tubing or flat packaging to ensure they are not creased or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
